Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at gloweasecoteam@gmail.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
